INGREDIENTS:
Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae, Sunflower Seeds, Steel-Cut Oats, Rolled Oats, Rice Flour, Defatted Soy Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Dried Kelp Meal, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamin & Mineral Premix, Baking Powder, Dried Oregano, Calendula Flower Petals, L-Lysine HCl, DL-Methionine.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add ¾ cup water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil per one cup mix; pour batter on a hot griddle and sprinkle the topper before flipping. Always cool before serving.
