Is Happy Chicks Feed AAFCO-compliant?

Yes. All FLAP-JACKS and CHICK-ETTI formulas are formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Poultry Nutrient Profiles for their respective life stages (Starter, Grower, and Layer).

What is the difference between Garden Blend and Reserve?

Garden Blend is made with corn flour, wheat flour, and defatted soy flour. It delivers a strong nutritional profile at an accessible price point using conventional, wholesome ingredients.

Reserve is our corn-free, soy-free line. It replaces soy with chickpea flour and vital wheat gluten for flocks with dietary sensitivities. The Reserve Layer formula also includes chia seeds and ground flax meal for enhanced omega-3 fatty acids that support golden egg yolks and overall hen health.

How often should I feed these products?

Enrichment feed for chickens. Serve 1–2 times per week, 2–4 oz per hen.

Shelf life and storage?

Store in a cool, dry place. 6-month shelf life unopened.

Glow Sprinkles — Herbal wellness blend of oregano, thyme, lavender, calendula, and mint. Sprinkle over feed or scatter in the coop. 1.5 oz.
