Wheat Flour, Chickpea Flour, Dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae, Vital Wheat Gluten, Rice Flour, Sunflower Seeds, Calcium Carbonate, Dried Kelp Meal, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vitamin & Mineral Premix, Baking Powder, Dried Oregano, Calendula Flower Petals, L-Lysine HCl, DL-Methionine.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add ¾ cup water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil per one cup mix; pour batter onto a medium hot griddle and sprinkle the topper before flipping. Always cool before serving.
